  • Unite outstanding expertise & research facilities
  • Provide external user access to physical and virtual research infrastructure
  • Organize events & educational ressources
  • Unify testing protocols and define common data ontologies
  • Define a technology roadmap for perovskite PV in Europe
  • Provide communication and dissemination channels
