  • Full platform for the fabrication of perovskite-based solar cells shared with EPFL: spin coater, glove-boxes, evaporation for perovskite and metal evaporation, TCO deposition by sputtering and ALD
  • High-end multi-chamber multi-target RF/DC sputtering tool for TCOs and metals (Clusterline 200 II from Oerlikon), screen-printers and plating facilities, laminators, etc.
  • Comprehensive set of thin film characterization setups: UV-VIS-NIR spectro-photometer; temperature dependent Hall effect measurement, Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy, ellipsometer
  • Comprehensive set of solar cell characterization setups: dark & illuminated I-V measurements, spectral response measurements, photo- & electro-luminescence imaging, Suns-Voc measurements, etc.
